Did Herodotus die between 430 and 424 or later ?

He twice speaks of the Peloponnesian War as an event, in VII. 137 (χρνῳ δμετπειτα πολλῷ πηγρθη [sc. Ϊαλθυβου μυις] κατ τν Πελοποννσῳν κα Ἀθηναωνπλεμον, ὡς λγονσι Λακεδαιμνιοι) and IX. 73 (τοῖςι δ Δεκελεσι ν Σπρτῃ π τοτουτο ἒργου τελειη τε κα προεδρη διατελει ς τδε αἰε ἓτι οσα, οὔτω ὥστε κα ς τνπλεμον τν ὓστερον πολλοῖσι ἒτεσι τοτων γενμενον Ἀθηνα τε κα Πελοποννησοισι σινоμνων τᾐν ἂλλην Ἀττικν Λακεδαιμονων, Δεκελης πχεσθαι).
