PADBURY, WA (pad-bree), a northern Perth suburb in the City of wanneroo (map 20:Al).
PADDINGTON, NSW (pad-ding-tŏn), an inner eastern Sydney suburb (map 26:16) most of which is in woollahra Municipality, the remainder in the City of south sydney. It was named after a London suburb. It is one of Sydney's older suburbs, in recent decades highly fashionable. The College of Fine Arts in Paddington is a campus of the University of New South Wales.
PADDINGTON, Qld (pad-ding-tŏn), an inner western suburb of the City of brisbane to the north of indooroopilly (map 23:B4). It was probably named after a London suburb.
PADSTOW, NSW (pad-stoh), and Padstow Heights, two south-western Sydney suburbs in the City of bankstown (map 26:D4). The name came from a town in Cornwall, England.
PAGE, ACT, a north-western suburb (pop. 2547) of the City of canberra to the north-east of hawker (map 22A:A2). It was named after Sir Earle Christmas Grafton Page (1880–1961), who was briefly (for 19 days in 1939) Prime Minister of Australia.
PAGEWOOD, NSW (page-wood), a south-eastern Sydney suburb most of which is in botany Municipality, the remainder in randwick (map 26:17). It was named after F. J. Page, a Botany alderman.
PAKENHAM, Vic. (pack-ěn-hăm), a town (pop. 3052) and shire (pop. 22 648) on the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne (map 25:G6).
