Summary

Mr. Solicitor.

Out of the confused Statuts belonging to the Universitie of Oxford, such as were suteable to the present Government (with addition of some new) being compiled into a bodie consisting of 21 Titles, besides an Appendix thereunto: His Maiestie is gratiously pleased to confirme the same, and to establish and authorize them to be observed and obeyed in the said Universitie for ever. Which Confirmation you are forthwith to prepare for His Maiesties royall Signature. And this shalbe your warrant for so doing.
