No laws of any significance with respect to the subjects covered in these notes were passed by the legislatures of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah and Wyoming.
