The induction of obesity in the rat with bipiperidyl mustard

Bipiperidyl mustard produced increased adiposity in the rat without excessive weight gain or hyperphagia.
The results suggest a metabolic aetiology for the obesity as opposed to a disorder of food intake regulation.
