page 415 note 2 P.L. 3/1, 164, a copy of a writ of privy seal from Richard II (— March, 1382) to the duke of Lancaster, to order his ministers to cause certain named persons in Liverpool to pay 10 marks for each of 3 casks of wine belonging to the king of Scotland, which they had taken in that king's port of “Inchgalle.” A writ under the great seal of the county palatine and addressed to the sheriff of the county on this subject is enrolled on D.L. 37/3.
