Abstract

The aphid parasite Praon callaphis, new species, from Afghanistan is described and illustrated. The species was introduced into California for the biological control of Callaphis juglandis (Goeze) on Juglans regia L.

Le parasite de pucerons Praon callaphis, espèce nouvelle en provenance d'Afghanistan, est décrit et illustré. Cette espèce a été introduite en Californie comme auxiliaire de lutte contre Callaphis juglandis (Goeze) sur Juglans regia L.
