1 Certain Expenses of the United Nations, [1962] I.G.J. Rep. 151, 165. The author discusses this case when he deals with resolutions pertaining to the financing of the United Nations. However, many of his footnotes erroneously cite the Reparations case as the source of his quotations. Notes 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 41 and 4a on pages 203–04 cite the wrong case.
