Abstract

This paper discusses numerical simulations performed in order to better understand the dynamics of various physical processes present in the radiative regions of stars. Those processes include semi-convection, Eddington-Sweet meridional circulation and anisotropic turbulence. The impact of some of those results on evolutionary models is also discussed.
