EJRR Case Commentaries

Call for Expressions of Interest

The European Journal of Risk Regulation is seeking new commentaries on recent case law in the broad field of risk regulation.

Commentaries on both CJEU and non-CJEU cases are welcome.

Examples of recent risk regulation case law include (but are not limited to):

T-562/19 RENV – Medical devices
T-268/21 Ryanair v Commission – COVID-19 subsidies
C-653/21 Syndicat Uniclima – CE markings
C-34/21 Hauptpersonalrat – GDPR and online classes
C-147/21 CIHEF and Others – Biocidal Products Regulation

Commentaries should be between 1500-3000 words.
