Psychopathologic Disturbance of Patients with Exchange Obesity

We investigated clinical fenomenology of psychopathologic disturbance of patients, suffering affliction by a exchange obesity, the differentiated schemes of a psychotherapy are designed and influencing psychotherapeutic tactics on efficiency of complex therapy of this group patients is detected.

92 patients were inspected with a exchange obesity with usage of the clinico-anamnestic data, research of the neurologic and mental statuses, research of a vegetative nervous system, psychological methods, electrophysiological research. In activity the conducted complex examination with usage of psychological methods also is studied influencing psychopathologic changes on a clinical picture of an obesity. The conducted correlation analysis psychopathologic and clinico-encephalografical of changes at exchange obesity. The values of an excess weight in frame of psychosomatic distresses are studied. The efficiency of emotional - stressful therapy is studied at the miscellaneous forms of an excess weight for the inspected patient's category.

As a result of the conducted research the yardsticks of psychological diagnostic of patients exchange obesity are designed, and also complex of therapy with actuation of emotional - stressful psychotherapeutic influencing, which one in practice will increase efficiency of the help of the given category ill. The designed yardsticks of diagnostic and treatment enable to offer a number of the practical guidelines for an intrusion in practical activity of preventive entities.
