THE fossiliferous boulders of Neocomian age in glacial deposits at Moreseat, in the parish of Cruden, Aberdeenshire, have been known from the middle of last century and have engaged the attention of many workers, but from nowhere else in Aberdeenshire have, until now, Lower Cretaceous rocks been recorded.
