This large planetarium has about 250000 visitors every year. It seats 201 persons and has a modern Carl-Zeiss Jena projector. Two or five showings from a series of about ten different programmes are given daily to the general public. Special programmes at a much higher level are presented in conjunction with navigation, astronomy and other academic courses.
