[The Court issued a similar Order in the Fisheries Jurisdiction Case instituted against Iceland by the Federal Republic of Germany. The language of that Order and Judge Ignacio-Pinto1s declaration and Judge Petrén’s dissenting opinion was virtually the same as in United Kingdom v. Iceland; therefore, they have not been reproduced. The dissenting opinion of Judge Gros follows his dissenting opinion in United Kingdom v. Iceland at page 747.

[The Court’s Order of August 17, 1972, concerning interim measures of protection, appears at 11 I.L.M. 1069 (1972). The Court’s Judgment of February 2, 1973, concerning the question of jurisdiction, appears at 12 I.L.M. 290 (1973).

[The 1961 Agreement between Iceland and the United Kingdom on fishing in Icelandic waters appears at 11 I.L.M. 490 (1972). The Icelandic Al-thing Resolution on fisheries jurisdiction, dated February 15, 1972, appears at 11 I.L.M. 643 (1972). Icelandic regulations concerning fishery limits, dated July 14, 1972, appear at 11 I.L.M. 1112 (1972). An agreement between Belgium and Iceland on fishing within a fifty-mile limit appears at 11 I.L.M. 941 (1972).]
