21. The Influence of the Stage of Lactation on the Natural Acidity of Milk

Summary

Weekly tests of the acidity of the evening milk of each cow in the herd of the Agricultural Research Institute of Northern Ireland, Hillsborough, Co. Down, were made over a period of almost two years. A graph showing the influence of the stage of lactation on the acidity of the milk is given.
