1. Subsequent references to each of these collections of essays will simply be by parenthetical citation to the first letter of the last name of the editor of the volume and page number. All three volumes contain a listing of William Stringfellow's sixteen books, while the Kellermann text identifies all of his published works (K, 416-426). Except where the context specifically indicates otherwise, all quotations and references are to the writings of William Stringfellow. Whenever possible, references are made to the selections of Stringfellow's works found in the Kellermann volume.
