Why Publish in JPP?

Under the current editorial team (since 2014), JPP has embarked on a number of initiatives to raise its intellectual profile, strengthen peer review, improve the author experience, and explore various new topics on the frontiers of plasma physics.

We would like to be a community journal, run by active researchers and for active researchers, with an emphasis on:

• a meaningful peer review process in which all decisions are made by research-active editors
• active curation of content by editors, seeking to host the most intellectually cutting-edge and technically accomplished work
• providing the most convenient, professional (and free) publication platform in terms of of format, turnaround, quality of typesetting, technical assistance to authors etc.
