Case (x) in Theorem 6 is missing. The correct statement of Theorem 6 in the paper should read as follows.
THEOREM 6. Let x: Mn → Hn+1 (−1) ⊂ [ ]n+21 (n > 2) be an isometric immersion of a conformally flat n-manifold. Then it satisfies equality (1·2) if and only if one of the following ten cases occurs.
