Note

1. This book, handsomely illustrated with photographs and graphics, is one of those glossy publications produced fuori commercio by cultural and official bodies in Italy to mark their participation in prestigious occasions manifesting local civic pride. Lacking an ISBN they are consequently difficult to acquire for reference purposes through a bookseller, even when, as in this case, the content is of some scholarly interest. The book can, however, be obtained by writing to Daf Associazione Culturale, Via Ghibellina 12 CAP 98122 Messina (Italy), or by sending an e-mail to dafassociazione@email.it, with a payment of €20.00.Google Scholar
