1 Roy Howat was a member of the editorial committee of Claude Debussy Œuvres Completes, published in Paris by Durand et fils with the support of Musica Gallica, the CNRS, and the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, and was responsible for critical editions of the composer's piano music in vols. 1, 2, 3, and 5 of that series. In addition, he has produced numerous critical editions of the piano music of Gabriel Fauré for Peters Edition London.
