A technique using continuous action centrifugation for the quantitative recovery of helminth eggs from vegetation and water

Summary
A rapid technique for the extraction of helminth eggs from vegetation and water is presented. The technique includes a period of continuous action centrifugation and gives recovery efficiencies of 84 % and 96 % from water and vegetation respectively.
