Published online by Cambridge University Press: 23 November 2017
Extract
Fish meal is an expensive ingredient in broiler diets and some times it can be harmful if it hasn’t produced or stored at suitable condition; On the other hand supplying essential amino acids is more important than using fish meal in diets. Therefore it’s possible to reduce the inclusion rate of fish meal by supplementing diets with methionine and lysine as limiting amino acids. The object of this study was evaluation of reducing fish meal in broiler diets supplemented with DLmethionine and L-lysine hydrochloride.
