Abstract

El Instituto Internacional de Derecho Humanitario de San Remo, organizó, del 30 de agosto al 4 de septiembre pasados, una IV Mesa Redonda sobre los problemas actuales del derecho internacional humanitario.El señor Jean Pictet, vicepresidente del Comitñ Internacional de la Cruz Roja, pronunció el discurso inaugural del que reproducimos aquó algunos pasajes.
