Des Klemens von Alexandrien Schrift Quis dives salvetur (QDS) schildert am Schluss (42.16ff : ed. Stählin, GCS 3.190.20-191.10) das Schicksal der guten Menschen: Engel öffnen ihnen freudig und mit Lobgesang die Himmel, allen voran kommt der Heiland ihnen entgegen und führt sie zum Vater. Die Schilderung ist aber nur als Bruchstück überliefert, der erste Satz ist nur teilweise erhalten:
