Application timeline

Date	Event
8 November 2022	Application forms will become available and applications will open
31 January 2023	Applications close. Applicants that submit after this date will be asked to resubmit during the next round (autumn 2023). Eligible applications are reviewed by the Cambridge Advantage Academic Board.
Late February 2023	Winners are announced and funding is awarded.
30 September 2023	Winners provide a progress report to the Board.
31 January 2024	Winners complete initiatives and provide a report on outcomes to the Board.

Round 3 winners must sign and agree to the University Collaboration Budget T&Cs prior to receiving funding. Our T&Cs require winners:

to report to the Cambridge Advantage Academic Board (“the Board”) on the progress of their initiative no later than the 30 September 2023, including a summary of initiative-related activities and details of all expenses;
to make best efforts to complete the initiative by 31 January 2024, and submit a report no later than that date, setting out initiative outcomes and expenses;
to promptly return any unspent funds on completion of the initiative;
to return all grant funds in the event that the Board do not receive reports on the progress and outcome of their initiative.

If a portion of funding remains unspent at completion, winners will be expected to return this to the UCB with full details of spent funds.
