Abstract

The session will focus on introducing the audience to new ways of thinking and understanding climate law and highlight how legal innovation can lead to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, and raising ambition globally. The CISDL is currently engaged in a research project culminating in the book “Courage, Contributions & Compliance: Advancing Climate Law and Governance Innovation” which seeks to highlight innovative approaches within climate law. The session will feature discussion by authors.
