Abstract

The main purpose of this dissertation is to study various communication and negotiation techniques, due to the cultural diversity of the international community. Although the exchange of goods and products (international business) has become easier and more common, it cannot be ignored that the successful completion of the business depends to a large extent on the understanding of the framework in which it will operate. Therefore, when companies want to enter a new territory, enterprises analyze the scenario, and weigh the political and social environment of the territory, regardless of whether or not they intend to open a new establishment. Since one of the most common operations in international business transactions is related to international sale contracts, this dissertation pays special attention to this legal category and the most common conflict resolution mechanisms.
