The first page of the manuscript should include the author(s)’s name(s) and affiliation(s), and an abstract of 150 words or fewer.

As of October 15, 2018, JHET has moved to a single-anonymous review process of submitted manuscripts, meaning that referees will know the identity of the author(s). We now require that all new submissions to JHET be sent with the author identification below the title of the paper.
