Summary
A 51-year-old right-handed man developed new onset of pulsing right-sided headache. Three days later, his wife noticed that his right eyelid was drooped. He had attended a gym three days per week as usual where he often stretched his limbs and neck during his programme. His headache persisted and he thought his right face felt different from his left face.
