Croatian State Intellectual Property Office (CSIPO) has not compiled a report on this matter.
JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE
A. COMPETENCE OF LOCAL COURTS Courts are state organs that exercise judicial authority autonomously and independently within the limits of their lawful competences and jurisdiction. When it comes to the civil protection of IP, the competent courts are the commercial courts.
