Summary

Chapter 6 contains an article-per-article commentary of all individual provisions of the EAPO Regulation. They are analyzed in their order and abundant cross-references allow the reader to have a comprehensive and systematic view of each of them. Each commentary functions also as an independent unit, including for citations of legislative material and scholarly articles that are clearly mentioned in full within each of them.
