Summary

In many cases the performances identified below from 1842-1865 are also referenced in Chapter 9, while those from 1865-1911 are also referenced in Chapter 10. Most of the works below are well-known; in a few cases, however, they represent arrangements or even possibly unknown compositions. Unless otherwise specified, names given below are those of solo pianists, vocalists, and/or conductors.
