Summary
In this chapter we establish a framework for analyzing how a country’s economy interacts with the rest of the world. In focusing on how the domestic economy and monetary, fiscal, and financial sector policies influence and are influenced by the rest of the world, it draws on and provides some synthesis of the first six chapters of the book.
