Summary

This chapter explores the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for student learning. Psychiatry teachers are among the best placed to offer students a wide range of learning opportunities, involving positive, safe, and challenging experiences in all three domains. A balanced approach, enabling learning across knowledge, skills, and attitudes, is nowhere more important than in mental health.
