Report of 44 cases of rheumatic heart disease with genetics observations of transmittance of rheumatic fever and cardiovascular diseases and discussion about the relation betwen the two diseases.

Les AA. ont étudié 44 cardiopaties sous le profil génétique en mettant en particulière évidence les mécanismes de transmission de la maladie réumatique et des affections de l'appareil cardio-vasculaire, et les rapports existant entre ces deux classes de maladies.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Die Verfasser haben 44 Fälle erworbener Herzleiden vom genetischen Gesichtspunkt aus untersucht und dabei besonders die Vererbungsweise der rheumatischen Krankheit und der Affektionen des Herz-Kreislaufsystems, sowie die bestehenden Verhältnisse swischen diesen beiden Klassen krankhafter Erscheinungen hervorgehoben.

Gli AA. hanno studiato 44 casi di cardiopatia acquisita sotto il profilo genetistico, mettendo in particolare evidenza le modalità di trasmissione della malattia reumatica e delle affezioni dell'apparato cardiovascolare, nonché i rapporti esistenti tra queste due classi di manifestazioni morbose.
