2. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, dans un ouvrage soigné, la bibliographie du chapitre 2, de John K. Thornton, comporte autant de coquilles en français. Connaissez-vous Georges Balandieri ? Dans son texte aussi, je relève des erreurs : Fort Ross a été vendu en 1841 et non en 1741 (p. 51); l'épidémie de variole est vraisemblablement de 1633-1634 et non de 1663-1664 (p. 19). Ailleurs, la seule erreur concerne la date à laquelle il y avait 900 Noirs : il s'agit de 1650 et non de 1730 (p. 260).
