And they seyn that all the rentys aforseyd ben parcell of the fe ferme of the said Cyte, and that rentys and custumys proveth a fe ferme by prescripcion at that tyme. And the Cyte not yn the Kinges hondes as hit ys yn theire seconde Article of provis supposid.”
