2 The US Department of Justice recently reported on the police department of Ferguson, Missouri, following a fatal police shooting that led to civil unrest during 2014. One of the report's conclusions was that law enforcement in Ferguson had become focused on generating revenue, in ways that grossly exceeded the legitimate pursuit of law enforcement.
