Present study, is a post factor and comparative. It's statistical sample has been chosen equally among “Mahan” and “Iran Air”’s shift and none-shift personnel (120 people), using multi-level sampling method. The people of the sampling society were chosen by basic random method, and the sample volume was achieved using Sallant & Dill man table. Here, we not only provided the sample group with mental health and quality of life surveys, but also collected their demographic information. The statistical analysis, and review of the data of this survey, is analyzing and descriptive, using parametric MANOVA test.
The results showed that:
1- The type of job (shift or none-shift) affected employee's mental health and quality of life matters.
2- There were significant differences between the quality of life and mental health factors the shift and non-shift employees.
