Let me start by saying that we have heard some excellent review papers and I doubt very much that I can contribute much of importance in addition to what we have heard already.

1 also wish to apologize to all those who have made important contributions during this meeting and who will not be mentioned in this 30-minute summary. If I wanted to mention everybody I would just have enough time to read the program.
