The six maps and three aerial photographs which are integral parts of the Agreement are not reproduced. [Attached to the agreement as integral parts thereof are four annexes and an exchange of letters. Annex I contains the Protocol concerning the Withdrawal of Israeli Military Forces and Security Arrangements. Annex II contains the Protocol concerning Civil Affairs. Annex III contains the Protocol concerning Legal Matters. Annex IV contains the Protocol on Economic Relations. Of the exchange of letters of May 4, 1994, only the letter from Prime Minister Rabin is reproduced which acknowledges the receipt of Chairman Arafat's letter and contains the text thereof. [The Protocol on Economic Relations was signed at Paris on April 29, 1994. Appendices I-III to Annex IV, the Protocol on Economic Relations, are not reproduced. Appendix I contains List Al which is a list of goods locally-produced in Jordan and in Egypt particularly and in the other Arab countries, which the Palestinians will be able to import in quantities agreed upon by the two sides up to the Palestinian market needs. Appendix II contains list A2 which is a list of goods from the Arab, Islamic and other countries, which the Palestinians will be able to import in quantities agreed upon by the two sides up to the Palestinian market needs. Appendix III contains List B which is a list of basic food items and other goods for the Palestinian economic development program,imported by the Palestinians to the Gaza Strip and the Jericho Area. [After the signature ceremony on May 4, Prime Minister Rabin transmitted a letter to Chairman Arafat on May 8, 1994. It reads as follows: “Mr. Chairman, I hereby reiterate the contents of paragraph 13 of my letter of May 4, 1994 addressed to you. In this paragraph I confirmed that Israel is prepared to continue discussions on the following issues: a. The size of the Jericho Area; b. The positioning of the Palestinian official at the bridge; c. Additional arrangements in the Rafah passage; and d. All outstanding issues specified in the Agreement.”[The Declaration of Principles on Interim Self-Goverament Arrangements between Israel and the PalestineLiberation Organization, signed on September 13, 1993, appears at 32 I.L.M. 1525 (1993).]
