[The Annex to the February 21, 1973 Agreement (page 384) concerns measures to prevent fishing conflict in the Northeastern part of the Pacific Ocean. Annex II, contained in the June 21, 1973 Protocol (page 389) concerns measures to prevent fishing conflict in the Western areas of the Atlantic Ocean. A substitute Annex II was agreed to on February 26, 1975, and will enter into force on April 1, 1975. The text appears at I.L.M. page 391. Both versions of Annex II have been reproduced for purposes of comparison.
