On re-normalization in the theory of weak turbulence in plasmas

Abstract

The paper compares the methods of re-normalization introduced by the Dupree—Weinstock theory of turbulence with those in the theories of Kadomtsev, Rudakov and Tsytovich. It is shown to what extent they are equivalent.
