From June 2021 to July 2022, 947 job postings were advertised on APSA eJobs. This was 237 fewer than the year before the pandemic (2018-2019) and 210 fewer than the 11-year average of 1,156.

We have also observed a push for an earlier job market, with an increase of job postings during the start of hiring season (June and July). In entry-level professional markets this trend is known as unraveling and has been consistent for the past three academic years.
