Invitado por la Cruz Roja Sueca, el señor J. Moreillon, director del departamento de doctrina y derecho del CICR, asistió, a finales de febrero pasado en Estocolmo, a un seminario organizado por aquella Sociedad nacional y la Asociación de periodistas de Suecia para unos veinte periodistas suecos.
Se presentaron dos ponencias: una del señor H. Blix, embajador, acerca de los Protocolos adicionales a los Convenios de Ginebra; la otra del señor O. Stroh, secretario general de la Cruz Roja Sueca, acerca del cometido del periodista por lo que atañe a la difusión de los principios de la Cruz Roja y del derecho internacional humanitario.
A su vez, el señor Moreillon se refirió a las actuales actividades del CICR y respondió, como los dos anteriores oradores, a las muy numerosas preguntas que siguieron a cada intervención.
