Summary

A 59-year-old man was driving to work at 08:20 hr when he noticed that he had difficulty manoeuvring the gearstick of a car with his left hand. When he arrived at work, he was unsteady walking towards a colleague. An ambulance was called and he arrived in his local hospital emergency department at 09:15 hr. A thrombolysis call was activated.
