In order to provide a clear delimitation, from the beginning, to this polyvalent question, the sense of which is to reveal itself, step by step and in hopefully unambiguous determinacy, in the course of our further presentation, it is to be specified as follows: which normative principle lies at the basis of modern legal practice?
