Summary
The last few decades can rightly be termed the age of intuition. While the traditional approach to human cognition revolved around conscious thinking and investigated such problems as logically valid reasoning schemes, standards for belief revision, formal justification criteria, or ramifications of the rational choice, more recent contributions to the field have enjoyed a somewhat different focus.
