Conceditur 12 Octobris vt dominus vicecancellarius doctores Howland Yale et Hatcher et magistri Tyndall et dominus Robertus Comes Essexiensis sint caput senatus futuri anni

Cum 12 Octobris 1581 quinque viri iuxta formam statuti inde editi pro capite senatus nominati fuissent et vnus eorum illud onus in se recipere antequam eorum nominacio in senatu per alterum procuratorem promulgaretur recusaverit questio orta est an novus in recusantis locum eligentium punctis secundo subrogaretur an maximus senior eius ordinis sive facultatis substitueretur 20 Octobris 1581 per interpretacionem domini doctoris Perne vicecancellarii doetorum Hawford Fulke Goad Norgate Harvy et Legge et magistri Tyndall huiusmodi dubitacio sublata est determinantium scilicet novum eligentium punctis denuo assignandum fore quamdiu procuratores electionem in senatu non significaverint sed post huiusmodi significacionem maxirne seniorem esse substituendui.
