RUTH: Die mission is grand.

FAHFEE: En wie is jy?

RUTH: Ek! Ek is die matara van die dla!

FAHFEE: Wie?

RUTH: Die matara van die dla.

FAHFEE: Jy's mooi hey.

RUTH: Don't touch. Jy moenie baaiza nie. Sit gents. Sit julle majietas. Die magrizin van die stuk is nie hier nie.

FAHFEE: Wie?

RUTH: Die magrizin van die stuk?

MINGUS: Not bad, Fahfee, try it again.

FAHFEE: Ek se, waar's die ouens hier?

RUTH: Hoozit gents!

FAHFEE: Is khuvet onder die korset - en met jou?

RUTH: Die mission is grand.

FAHFEE: En wie is jy?

RUTH: Ek! Ek is die matara van die dla!

FAHFEE: Wie?

RUTH: Die matara van die dla.

FAHFEE: Jy's mooi hey.

RUTH: Don't touch. Jy moenie baaiza nie. Sit gents. Sit julle majietas. Die magrizin van die stuk is nie hier nie.

FAHFEE: Wie?

RUTH: Die magrizin van die stuk?

MINGUS: Right. Grand. And if die majietas kom, and go for you, what do you say?

RUTH: I'm a virtuous well-bred girl, I'm a nylon.

MINGUS: And if they don't leave you alone, they really go for you . . .?

RUTH: Julie moenie baaiza nie?

MINGUS: Ag! Nee man!

RUTH: I don't know - I'll never learn.

JAKES: Look, it's in the eyes, it's a warning signal which says, “Leave me alone.’ It's because you're white. White flesh, it's a fatal attraction. They get you into bed - it's a fart in the face for this Prime Minister Strijdom.

MINGUS: Look, if an American comes in here and he wants you, what are you going to do?

RUTH: I'll stop him.

MINGUS: These Americans always get what they want. They see girls and they're mad, mad. They see white girls and they're over the back of the moon. And white girls living in Softown! It's our territory, man. I see something, I go for it. Look at me and Princess. I klapped her till she loved me.
